• Dr. Nathan Carroll, DO, MBA, MPH is a board-certified psychiatrist and national thought leader at the intersection of mental health, technology, and digital health innovation. He serves as National Medical Director at InSite Health, a K–12 school-based behavioral health organization operating across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and holds a seat on the American Psychiatric Association's Council on Digital Health, Innovation, and Technology.
  
  Dr. Carroll is co-editor of Internet Gaming Disorder: A Clinical Strategy Guide for Providers, Parents, and Players (APA Publishing, 2025) and is currently developing Smart Phones // Anxious People: The Clinical Guide to Digital Hyperconnectivity, also for APA Publishing.   He holds dual board certification in psychiatry (ABPN and AOBPN), completed his residency at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he served as chief resident, and earned his DO from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, MBA from Rowan, and MPH in Health Informatics from Yale School of Public Health. He also serves in a leadership role with the New Jersey Psychiatric Association.
