Colonel Ralph Sutherlin is the State Air Surgeon for the Idaho Air National Guard. He is board certified in Preventive Medicine/Occupational Medicine. He is the owner of POEM (Preventive Occupational & Environmental Medicine) which consults with employers to ensure work safety and efficiency. His focus is proactive prevention and education. With his flexible schedule, he loves to spend time with his five children and his passion in flying and SCUBA. He is completing his instrument flight rating and divemaster certification. He still competes in Master swimming and water polo.
