I am a licensed physician in Virginia and Michigan. In addition to being a pathologist, I am a Navy diving and submarine medical officer, both air and mixed gas diving... thus, you don't really know where I might be - but usually the cell phones work unless I am at "sea", as in "ocean". I am also qualified, again by US Navy, as a radiation injury treatment qualified physician, for treatment of reactor and weapons casualties. These are not typical specialties as practiced under state licenses: typically these matters are under the Department of Defense.
