  Vania Francois is a compassionate and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner based in Wake County, North Carolina. Originally from Haiti, she began her medical career as a family physician after graduating in 2008 from one of the top medical institutions in the Dominican Republic.
  
  She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Miami Regional University in 2022 and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Since 2023, she has served at RMFMC Rocky Mount, providing comprehensive, culturally sensitive primary care. In addition, she works with Signify Health as a contractor, delivering both virtual and in-home health visits.
  
  In 2022, Vania founded FatherYvesHealth, PLLC, where she continues to provide primary and urgent care services via telemedicine. As CEO, she leads with a mission to offer accessible, quality care to patients regardless of background or ethnicity.
