William Alexander Miller MD MPH, MSc

Summary

• Dr. Miller began his academic journey at the University of Washington, earning a B.Sc. in Neurobiology before advancing to the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he received his MD with distinction and was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha. He also completed an MPH at the UT School of Public Health with election into Delta Omega. Recognized with both a Global Master’s Scholarship and the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship, he further honed his expertise by earning a Master’s in Global Health at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.
  
  He then completed his dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he was awarded a resident scholarship to attend the American Academy of Dermatology Legislative Conference. Recently, as a member of the AAD Membership Committee, Dr. Miller has dedicated himself to promoting leadership in dermatology and enhancing patient care through education, research, and advocacy.
  
  Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Miller enjoys cooking, playing outdoors with his children, exploring technology, and building LEGO creations—all while maintaining a balanced, down-to-earth lifestyle.
