The Fellowship Experience
All Fellows will have the opportunity to:

Work directly with Doximity’s R&D teams to test, refine, and shape real-world clinical AI tools. - Amplify Your Reach

Receive $2,000 in Doximity RSUs upon successful completion of the Fellowship. Fellows are granted the number of RSUs equal to the $2,000 value of their offer divided by the average closing market price of DOCS on the NYSE over the previous 30-day period before grant date.

Fellowship Tracks
Clinical Cases: The Educator
Scale your teaching impact through high-quality, interactive clinical content.
- Develop 15 clinical cases (3 original, 12 AI-augmented)
- Include summaries, multiple-choice questions, and multimedia elements
- Option to substitute with malpractice or clinical trial write-ups
- Engage with peers through discussion and commentary
APPs strongly encouraged to apply.
Op-Med: The Thought Leader
Shape the national conversation in medicine through powerful storytelling.
- Author 6 original articles (700–1,200 words)
- Choose from Narrative or Clinical tracks
- Receive editorial mentorship and professional editing
- Optional contributions: conference reports or Medical Humanities
Oncologists and APPs strongly encouraged to apply.
Original Videos: The Digital Opinion Leader
Build your voice as a modern medical creator.
- Collaborate with Doximity's production team on 7 trending topics
- Participate in filmed interviews → edited into short-form content
- Create 6–8 DoxTalk videos (1–2 minutes each)
- Distributed across Doximity's national channels
Ideal for clinicians interested in media and social presence.

Program Structure
- Duration: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
- Format: Remote
Eligibility
Eligibility varies by track:
Editorial Fellowship: Clinical Cases, Op-Med, or Original Videos (Open to Clinicians & Trainees)
- MD or DO (licensed or in training)
- NP, CRNA, or PA (licensed or in training)
- PharmD or RPh (licensed or in training)
- Medical students (U.S. LCME- or AOA-accredited programs)
Applicants should be:
- Active members of Doximity
- Engaged, forward-thinking contributors in their field
- Interested in sharing insights, perspectives, and clinical experiences
Clinical AI Leaders (Residents Only)
- Current U.S.-based MD or DO resident
- Strong interest in clinical AI, workflow optimization, and innovation
- Demonstrated leadership or initiative within residency or specialty
- Willingness to participate in advisory sessions, pilots, and feedback loops
