• I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician and senior medical leader with over two decades of clinical, military, and operational medicine experience. I currently serve as Deputy Associate Chief of Primary Care at the Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System, where I oversee multidisciplinary primary care delivery, provider supervision, patient access initiatives, and system-wide quality improvement.
  
  Previously, I served as Senior Medical Officer for the Marine Raider Regiment (MARSOC) and as Department Head and Faculty in Family Medicine at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune. My career has included leadership in graduate medical education, physician mentorship, medical readiness, and healthcare innovation.
