  Dr Mendoza hails from a bi-coastal background, spending equal halves of his life on both the West and East Coast. Prior to a career in medicine, Dr Mendoza enjoyed the time he spent in a wide variety of industries such as commercial pharmaceutical, paramilitary, and law enforcement. After completing Internal Medicine residency at NYU, he began practice as a hospitalist for one of the largest private groups in country. Dr Mendoza's professional interests are Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Veterans Health. He hopes to be able to practice these foci in future endeavors. In his free time Dr Mendoza enjoys world travel which is greatly enriched by his ability to speak multiple languages.
