  Dr. Penney earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Corewell Health East Beaumont (formerly Beaumont Health – Royal Oak). His clinical background includes extensive experience in general obstetrics and gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, women’s health, and integrative approaches to patient care.
  
  Prior to relocating to California, Dr. Penney held faculty positions as an Associate Clinical Professor at Marquette University and the Medical College of Wisconsin and practiced with MCW/Froedtert Community Physicians, Lifetime Ob/Gyn, and Rochester General Hospital.
  
  Dr. Penney is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and has received recognition for teaching excellence from the Milwaukee Academy of Medicine. In addition to clinical care, he is passionate about elder care, family advocacy, and community outreach through his home care business.
