Aldrin is wonderful. Please do not evaluate providers via phone center metrics. That's a poor way to evaluate. Please also ditch the call center and rehire the medical assistants that you laid off. Your call center service is horrible.
He is very kind and listens to my concerns. He comes up with resolutions for my problems and makes me feel very comfortable
