  • Dr. Michael’s practice focus on taking care of a broad range of neurosurgical diseases with a special focus on spinal surgery and brain tumors. He has completed specialized surgical training in both neurosurgical and orthopedic spine surgery, which has provided him with a unique background to treat patients with complex spinal conditions. He has also completed additional training in neuro-surgical oncology focusing on minimally invasive approaches to intracranial tumors

    Dr. Michael is also an active member in numerous national societies including the public affairs committee and patient education committee for the North American Spine Society as well as the social media committee for AANS/CNS joint Tumor Section. He has also created and reviewed online content published by the American Associated of Neurological Surgeons to help educate patients, residents and practicing neurosurgeons on neurosurgical diseases and advances in treatment.
