• Dr. Alexandra Kamieniecki is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and current Sports Medicine Fellow at the University of Nevada, Reno, with extensive experience providing athlete-centered care across Division I athletics, professional and amateur sports, and mass-participation events. She has trained in sports ultrasound, orthobiologics, integrative medicine, and osteopathic manipulation, and has delivered on-field and clinical care for organizations including Major League Rugby, USA Boxing, USA Women’s Field Hockey, minor league hockey, USA Taekwondo, and multiple high school football programs. Her background as a former professional and nationally ranked figure skater uniquely informs her approach to performance, injury prevention, and long-term athlete health. Academically, she has presented nationally at AMSSM and ACSM, published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts, and led research on REDs, overuse injuries, and athlete education.
