Summary

  • I use an integrated approach toward my patients, recognizing the importance of physical, mental and emotional health. I believe in patient-centered medicine and encourage a dialogue with my patients and their families. I specifically chose family medicine because I enjoy the relationships and trust that occur through continuity of care. I stress the importance of exercise and diet as treatment and prevention.

I enjoy the outdoors and sports activities such as rock climbing, yoga, soccer and skiing. I also love traveling. My family is very important, which is how I ended up in the metro Denver area.
