Summary
- I am a physician leader, having completed my Certified Physician Executive training. I am also a board-certified Addiction Psychiatrist, leading a multi-disciplinary team of care-givers as the Medical Director for Outpatient Psychiatry Services at UMass Memorial Healthcare. I am a Lean Black Belt, and use this training as the Physician Quality Officer for the UMass Department of Psychiatry. My career goal is to take on an increased administrative role where I can solve the larger problems of health care delivery, such as improving access to mental health and addiction services in a healthcare environment that is increasingly complex both financially and politically.
