Dr. Wasterlain is a licensed, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon practicing general orthopedics, with special expertise in minimally invasive and complex hip and knee replacement.
Dr. Wasterlain earned her BA in molecular biology (magna cum laude) at Princeton University, her MD at Stanford University, and completed her residency in orthopedic surgery at the prestigious NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, where she served as executive chief resident, overseeing 65 residents. Dr. Wasterlain completed a one-year post-residency fellowship in adult reconstruction (hip and knee replacement) at the world-renowned Rothman Institute in Philadelphia.
