Summary

• I am a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician who has worked as a hospitalist, intensivist in critical care access hospitals and rural health care ICUs, a Telemedicine Physician, as well in Primary Care and Urgent care clinician. My interests are in understanding and educating my patients about health and Epigenetics. I firmly believe in the science of nutrition, mindfulness and breathing techniques and base a lot of my education on simple but powerful lifestyle changes that have not only fit the scores on core measures but also made my patients feel the difference in their lives. Hearing that they feel more energetic and renewed gives me a feeling; I am in the right place at the right loci in the time and space axis.
