Andris Dominicci MD

Summary

• Andris L. Dominicci, MD, is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Sheppard Pratt’s Adolescent Mood Disorders Unit. She completed both her general psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, where she served as academic chief resident and was the American Psychiatric Association's Puerto Rico chapter resident representative. During her fellowship, she was recognized for her outstanding creativity, innovative implementation of psychotherapeutic strategies, and patient management in the Adolescent Inpatient Unit.
  
  Dr. Dominicci received the 2023 Arnold P. Gold Resident Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award in recognition of her exceptional teaching skills and commitment to the compassionate treatment of patients, families, students, and colleagues. She is board-certified in general and child and adolescent psychiatry, with additional certification in perinatal mental health and advanced training in dialectical behavioral therapy.
