    Director of Mental Health Services in the Hospital Independencia of Santiago del Estero, Argentina (1992-2003) this is a public, free hospital that serves people with scarce resources. The Mental Health facility had 20 inpatient beds and out-patient services. My responsibility was to manage a staff of 3 psychiatrists, 6 psychologists, 10 nurses, 8 general services personnel, 3 occupational therapists, 2 secretaries, and 1 billing/administrative person.
