  As a physiatrist I have been trained to reduce the impact of impairment on a person's life. I rely heavily on our own body's natural ability to heal and regenerate. With new tools available we can dramatically alter natural course of pathophysiological process.
  
  Many "healthy" people do not perform to their best abilities blaming age, "old football injury" or just simply feeling tiered and stressed. Let me help you! I strongly believe that our bodies are meant to perform at much higher functional rate than what we actually do. We often compare our bodies to race car. Let's also take care of it and maintain it like one. Sometimes it's a little tune up, sometimes it's an oil change. sometimes it's a new part. But - as it is the case with cars - it can always be better, go faster and corner quicker! I can help you get there. Lastly, I practice what I preach and am a living testament to effectiveness of what I do!
