She also serves as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program, Vice Chair of Medicine, and Chair of the Clinical Resource Team. Her leadership is centered on quality improvement initiatives, including reducing hospital readmissions, enhancing clinical documentation integrity (CDI), and advancing patient-centered care. She has also served as a Physician Advisor with Sound Physicians and Ensemble Health Partners.
