Summary
- I am a board-certified internist with 29 years of experience. My clinical interests include women's health, mental health, concierge/home medicine, telemedicine and resident and medical student education.
I completed my medical education in 1990 at the Dow University of Health Sciences in Pakistan, after which I moved to the US to pursue a residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai’s Elmhurst Hospital Center. I went on to complete a fellowship in Geriatrics at the Case Western Reserve University Hospitals of Cleveland & Foleys' Elder Health Center, before settling in Baltimore, MD with my family.
Having trained in Pakistan and in the US, I consider myself to be an energetic, adaptable and culturally sensitive practitioner. In my practice, I enjoy opportunities to work as an individual or in a team to address complex patient needs.
