She has also led numerous Quality Improvement Initiatives as Vice Chair of Quality and Patient Safety at The Ohio State University; Chief Quality Officer/VP Quality and Patient Safety at Broadlawns Medical Center (Des Moines, IA), and Chief Medical Officer at Premier Health.
