  • Beth Rumack has been in the healthcare industry for 22+ years with 17+ years of leadership experience: starting her career as a nurse advancing to a nurse practitioner where being a leader was a must to innovate and invest in people to drive results that leave the greatest impact for our patients, families, and community while always being a fulltime mom of 3 amazing children of which two of them experienced ICU level care as a preschooler and one as an infant.

    Beth grew up in St. Louis City and completed her BSN at Deaconess College of Nursing to start her career in Colorado then onto California where she trained at the University of California-San Francisco as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP). Then onto Arizona as a NNP for a private practice Neonatology group before recruited as the Program Director of Fetal & High Risk Cardiac Infant Programs, Outpatient Cardiology Supervisor, & Cardiac Nurse Practitioner before returning to St. Louis in 2012 to spend the next 9 years of her career with BJC Healthcare System, first as a manager then as their Director of The Heart Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital & Washington University, Cath Lab & Recovery, Mechanical Assist: ECMO & CRRT, Perfusion, Interventional Radiology, Care Coordination along with serving as the Chief Advanced Practice Provider for St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Barnes Jewish Hospital. Beth joined the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation (OHHF) in 2018 to serve as a board member. This role allowed Beth to be a thought partner for OHHF’s strategic direction to support putting the “Heart Back in Healthcare” with eliminating barriers to mental health care.

    Beth Rumack is the Director of Strategic Partnership with the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation to serve our local and national community bringing Ollie’s Branch to new markets to eliminate barriers to access to mental health care, impact state and federal policy, and address social determinants of physical and mental health through a collective lens.
