Overview of Dr. Chien
Bonnie Y. Chien, MD, is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in operative and non-operative treatment of foot and ankle conditions from young adolescent to adult patients. Dr. Chien’s expertise focuses on refined surgical techniques that addresses various conditions related to the foot, ankle, heel, and toes. Her practice leverages minimally invasive techniques ranging from foot and ankle reconstruction to bunion corrections.
Dr. Chien is an active member of the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS), and is involved in global exchange and education, having traveled to Colombia, Malawi and India for teaching and performing surgeries. She speaks English and Chinese and is conversational in Spanish.
