Summary
- I left the clinical practice of medicine in 2015 and I have been performing full-time utilization review as a Medical Director for Elevance Health. I am proficient in applying relevant evidence-based guidelines, including Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Coverage Determinations (NCDs), Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs), and society-published clinical practice guidelines and appropriate use criteria. I also remain active in echocardiography by remotely reading studies for several practices and imaging companies in New York and Florida.
