  Dr. Stephan completed extensive training in General Surgery through the American Board of Surgery at the Halifax Health Hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida and the University of Hawai’i General Surgery Residency Program located on Oahu, Hawai’i. While in residency, Dr. Stephan performed approximately 2000 operations within the fields of General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Surgical Oncology, and others.
