- I am board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and have specialized in Stroke Rehabilitation since 1995. I started working in Informatics in 2005 and became CMIO for MNRH in 2010. I am a volunteer member of the Caribbean Medical Practitioners Practicing Abroad organization, under the leadership of Dr Gerard Antoine, with the goal of establishing The Rehabilitation Hospital of the Caribbean, in Trinidad and Tobago. Dr Antoine will be starting an outpatient practice in Trinidad in the Fall of 2016, with planned opening of an inpatient rehabilitation unit in the Fall of 2017
