Summary
- I am a board-certified neurosurgeon serving patients at Duke Raleigh Hospital, where I began practicing following the completion of my service in the U.S. Army. During my military career, I was privileged to care for service members and their families in both deployed settings and major military hospitals, while also working at leading academic institutions. I bring this diverse experience to Duke, combining a mission-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence in neurosurgical care. My practice includes the full range of cranial and spinal procedures (minimally invasive, endoscopic, robotic, and open), with particular focus on meningiomas, degenerative spine conditions, trigeminal neuralgia, and metastatic disease involving the brain and spine. I believe in tailoring treatment plans to each patient's unique circumstances, integrating advanced surgical techniques with compassionate, individualized care. My goal is always to achieve the best possible outcomes while preserving function and enhancing quality of life. I am honored to serve the Wake County community in this next chapter of my career. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my wonderful wife and three children.
