Summary

• I am a family medicine practitioner who believes in working to identify the root cause of disease instead of just prescribing a "pill for an ill." I am open to a holistic or functional medicine approach to care, but often combine this with traditional medicine in order to achieve optimal results.
  
  Heart disease is our biggest medical threat, so I felt it was imperative to expand patient education and access to this type of medical care (which is why I started my own practice). I believe in meeting people where they are in their health journey, and prescribing both lifestyle and medical interventions to help them attain the best results.
  
  I utilize advanced in-office testing and blood biomarkers (lipid, inflammation, metabolic, and genetic) to identify hidden risk factors and aggressively target cardiovascular disease with my patients. I am passionate about the prevention of disease, personalizing treatment, and motivating my patients to improve their health.
