Medical professional with more than twenty years practical experience in a fast-paced hospital setting in my country (Argentine) specialist certified in Internal Medicine, Occupational, Epidemiology and Forensic Medicine.
I worked as a Medical Doctor (Emergency and Internal Medicine) in Comodoro Rivadavia General Hospital in Chubut Province (Patagonia Argentina) and in the San Isidro Municipality Health System in Buenos Aires( Director of Preventive Medicine and Public Health) for 7 years that provide service for a City of 300.000 inhabitant in the north of Buenos Aires. Finally I worked evaluating disability claim at National Level (Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo SRT and SAJP, Central Medical Board of Medicine (http://www.srt.gov.ar/home/home.htm )
In the United States, (immigrated in 2003) and full time Professor/ Instructor at Everest Institute at Hialeah Campus in the Medical Assistant Diploma for the last 5 years and Adjunct Professor of Anatomy and Physiology I and II in the School of Health Sciences, Miami Dade College (Medical Campus) for the last 2 years.
I’m member of the MRC (Medical Reserve Corps) Broward County MRC since 2009.
I take and pass the USMLE (licensing exam in USA) Step 2 and I take the Step 1 to get my ECFMG certification and get 70 of 75 passing score(see attach file).
I’m resourceful person, capable of initiating formative solution to complex problems. Readily to developing rapport and communication with student, patient, family, staff, and other health care professional and to employ my bilingual ability (English –Spanish).
