Summary

• I was born and raised in St. Louis. I am currently triple Board Certified in PM&R, Pediatric Rehabilitation and Pediatrics as well as being certified in Life Care Planning.
  
  I specialize in Musculoskeletal medicine; Non-operative Sports medicine, for all ages and Pediatric/Adolescent Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. My direct care practice blends the best of traditional medicine with complementary and alternative medicine to treat the whole patient. I work with patients to preventatively optimize their physical condition as well as diagnosing and treating for illness/injury. I assess biomechanics and other contributory factors and then, devise a custom treatment plan to not only address current symptomatology but to assist in prevention of recurrence. I have extensive experience with Concussion/TBI, non-operative sports and performing arts medicine, spinal cord injury, Fibromyalgia and care for everyday issues like arthritis, headaches, neck and back pain. I have over 30 years of experience with Cerebal Palsy and the treatment of spasticity, as well as the assessment and management of Ehler's Danlos syndrome and Complex regional pain/Amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome patients. I was the co-founder of the Cerebral Palsy Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital and I headed both clinic and inpatient programs for CRPS/AMPS at SLCH, before entering private practice.
  
  I have been an Associated Expert Physician with Physician Life Care Planning llc since 2015 and have extensive experience authoring Life Care Plans for adults and children since 1999.
