Summary

• Catherine is a board certified in Family Medicine by the American College of Osteopathic Family Medicine. She was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Georgia Campus and residency at St. Vincent Family Medicine Residency in Jacksonville, Florida.
  Dr. Spiker has a special interest in chronic disease management including diabetes, COPD, coronary artery disease, heart failure; women’s health; preventative care; and pediatric care. She also performs osteopathic manipulation.
