Summary

• For the past several years, I have had the unique ability to integrate my clinical and health policy interests as a clinical assistant professor at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Associate Medical Director for Partners For Kids, a pediatric accountable care organization (ACO) affiliated with Nationwide Children's Hospital (NCH) that provides care for nearly 400,000 low-income children living in central and south Ohio. At Partners For Kids, I have collaborated with
  Quality Improvement specialists, Medicaid managed care plans, and partnering hospitals and health systems to implement community-level and network-level interventions aimed at optimizing chronic disease
  management, utilization of preventive services, access to sexual and reproductive health counseling and planning, as well as reducing inappropriate healthcare utilization. Finally, I have undertake numerous
  research projects in HIV/AIDS prevention, vaccine utilization & hesitancy, and health services utilization, resulting in more than 25 publications to date in peer-reviewed academic journals. I also have experience in qualitative research methodology including survey development and collection and conducting focus groups and semi-structured interviews.
