- Dr. Charles Mount is a dermatologist and currently the associate director of the Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute Skin Cancer Center at West Penn Hospital. He previously served as AHN’s Dermatology Division Chief. Prior to his dermatology training he served as an active duty US Air Force flight surgeon deploying overseas twice supporting our missions in the Middle East and Afghanistan.
