• Dr. Chaturani Ranasinghe is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician based in Southwest Florida. She is the founder of Timeless Interventional of Naples, a private practice with locations in Marco Island and Naples specializing in chronic pelvic pain, interventional pain management, and individualized hormone therapy. She continues to serve on a per diem basis at UMHC-Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Ranasinghe completed her residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Miami, and her fellowship in Pain Medicine at New York University Medical Center. She later served on the faculty of both institutions, including directing the University of Miami Pain Medicine Fellowship. Her clinical work focuses on chronic pelvic pain in both women and men — including vulvodynia, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis-related pain, and chronic pelvic pain syndrome — and on the relationship between the nervous system, hormonal signaling, and persistent pain. She has contributed to research on patient access in chronic pain clinics and was recognized as Best Pain Management Physician of Naples in 2019.
