• After residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Christina Lasich, a graduate of the University California at Davis School of Medicine, returned to her hometown of Grass Valley, California. She held a private practice in both pain and addiction medicine for 15 years. In addition to private practice, she also worked as the Medical Director for Community Recovery Resources (now Granite Wellness) from 2013 to 2018. During that time, she closed her private practice and joined a community health center that serves Nevada, Placer and Sierra Counties, Western Sierra Medical Clinic. In 2018, she became the Chief Medical Officer of Western Sierra. And served at that capacity for nearly four years before joining a larger FQHC, Mendocino Community Health. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Lasich has years of experience as a professional writer and regionally recognized speaker. In her leisure time, she enjoys the company of dogs, the sports of fly fishing and upland game hunting, and long drives in the countryside.
