• As a former bedside nurse and nurse practitioner who experienced healthcare's work-life challenges firsthand, I co-founded IntelyCare to give nurses control over their schedules. We built the nation's largest digital healthcare staffing marketplace, connecting 50,000+ clinicians with 4,000+ facilities nationwide. Under our leadership, IntelyCare grew to a $500M+ revenue operation, becoming Massachusetts' 34th largest private company, earning recognition as the state's fastest-growing company (Boston Business Journal, 2020, 2023) and EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 New England.
  
  After successfully scaling and exiting IntelyCare, I've turned my focus to addressing critical challenges faced by nurse practitioners in today's healthcare landscape. Drawing from my own experiences as an NP, I now lead initiatives that help nurse practitioners overcome professional barriers and practice to their full potential. As the co-founder & CEO of ‘NP Collaborator’, we're creating solutions that connect NPs with the resources they need to thrive independently while improving patient care access.
