His published works have been featured in reputable journals such as The Journal of Clinical Medicine and The Journal of Arthroplasty. Dr. Deans is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society, as well as an active member in multiple regional and national organizations such as American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) and Mid-America Orthopaedic Association (MAOA).
