  Dr. Lapadat is both a Physician and NP. She started her career as an RN-BSN, NP and eventually as an MD.
  Dr Lapadat currently works in CA and Internationally. She owns her own business which she started after completion of her Medical Degree: CMLMedicalConsultingLLC doing legal consulting/key witness/legal reports, Covid Consults, Clinical sessions, writing for medical journals, and taking groups on International Medical Missions. She is also Faculty in the School of Medicine, USC and the School of Nursing at the University of Northern BC. She contracts as the Chief Examiner for the OSCE exams for licensing NP's IN BC through the BCCNM. Prior research interests were serving on PCORI in DC for over 5 years as a Reviewer and she has published in the Journal of Nurse Practitioners and various textbooks.
  When Dr Lapadat is not practicing as a hospitalist or clinician she is Salsa Dancing, hiking up mountains, and visiting her friends and family. Her business has become very successful thankfully to God's grace and she has both her business now in Florida and West Hollywood.
  Interesting, Dr Lapadat fell in love with medicine at the age of four, promising her mom she would go work in Africa... so far she has made 3 medical trips to Africa and has worked in seven countries as a Physician and NP. Her passion is helping the under-served and Dr Lapadat welcomes the challenge of interesting medical cases.
  Dr Lapadat serves on the Board of Alabaster International which is a non-profit established by her student Shannon Fernando and has helped in establishing a clinic in two areas in underserved Kenya.
