• Dr. Conrad De Los Santos is a board-certified emergency physician with more than 22 years of clinical, administrative, and leadership experience.   Throughout his career, Dr. De Los Santos has served in numerous physician leadership roles, including Chief of Staff, department chair and medical director and has extensive experience in emergency department operations, hospital administration, quality improvement, and physician leadership.
  
  In addition to his medical training, Dr. De Los Santos earned a Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law after previously attending the University of Houston Law Center. His combined background in medicine and law provides a unique perspective on healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, risk management, and medical-legal issues allowing for a highly structured understanding of informed consent, patient privacy laws (like HIPAA), and medical ethics. This in turn ensures that patient autonomy and rights are rigorously protected while under his care.
