Summary
- Craig DiTommaso, M.D. is the Chief Clinical Officer for US Physiatry. Dr. DiTommaso performs rehabilitation management and consultations for patients with neurological diagnoses including traumatic brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, and/or spinal cord injury. Procedural interventions include baclofen pump management, chemodenervation and neurolysis, as well as joint aspiration and dry needling. He has a passion for rehabilitation of individuals with a disorder of consciousness.
Currently, Dr. DiTommaso is growing his rehabilitation practice in north Houston and developing early career physicians within US Physiatry. His areas of focus include practice growth, building continuity of care, and billing and coding. His research interests include prognosis after traumatic brain injury and spasticity treatment. He is an editor for both the PM&R journal and the CNS Rehabilitation section of the Knowledge NOW project. He has served as a consultant for many industry partners. He is the 2023-2025 Chair for the AAPM&R Inpatient Rehabilitation Member Community.
