Summary
- With a background in retail pharmacy and critical care, I first began my career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2016 at Firelands Center for Coordinated Care providing patients with the following services; Coumadin/INR management, heart failure clinic, lipid management, weight management program, smoking cessation counselling and treatment, low dose CT scans to evaluate the possibily of lung malignancy, transitions of care post hospital discharge, routine annual physicals, diabetic education, along with pillar education and an acute care clinic for employees of FRMC.
As of 2019, I have began the journey to build my own Primary Care practice in Norwalk, Ohio with Firelands Physician Group. Currently accepting new patients!
