  • Comprehensive Vascular Care providing a full spectrum of arterial, venous and endovascular therapies. Comprehensive limb salvage treatments including angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, endarterectomy and bypass surgery. Total care for hemodialysis access, fistula creation and angioplasty. Extensive experience with thoracic and aortic aneurysm repair including endovascular stenting and open surgical repair. Full venous disease options including varicose veins, vein ulcers and central vein occlusions. I offer many percutaneous embolization techniques for pelvic congestion syndrome, intestinal bleeding, renal tumors and uterine fibroids. Many of these treatments are offered as outpatient. Board Certified Vascular Surgeon, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Vascular Society.

    Dr Alterman has also done extensive humanitarian work including spending a year at mission hospital in East Africa serving the underprivileged. Dr Alterman is passionate about providing excellent patient care and helping you achieve your health goals.
