Summary
- I am board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Age Management & Integrative Medicine. I earned my undergraduate degree with Honors from Harvard University and M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College. I am the Co-founder and Medical Director of Wellbel, a hair skin and nail supplement company. As a functional medicine doctor, I could not find an effective hair supplement for my sisters who were suffering from PCOS and Alopecia Areata. Because of the unnecessary fillers and excessive levels of biotin, the existing products were associated with harmful side effects including skin breakouts, fatigue and GI upset. I formulated Wellbel, a vegan, non-GMO, gluten free daily supplement to address issues for all hair types from 1a to 4c.
