    In September 2017, Dr. Fargason, along with retina specialist, Dr. Jamie Hatcher, opened a new office located in the Baton Rouge General Hospital's Physician Tower 2 on Picardy Avenue, across from the Mall of Louisiana. Dr. Fargason has also continued practice at his satellite location on Sullivan Road in the City of Central, La., for the past several years.
    Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana since 1997, Dr. Fargason is currently on staff at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and the Baton Rouge General Hospital.
    He performs surgery at Regional Eye Surgery Center located on Hennessy Blvd., where he uses the latest technologies available in the USA to correct a patient's vision while he or she undergoes Cataract Surgery. These include Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (LenSx) and the use of the latest Astigmatism Correcting and Multi-Focal Intra-Ocular Implants.
    Dr. Fargason also performs LASIK refractive surgery in the Laser Center for Sight at OLOL which is also located on Hennessy Blvd.
    Having access to updated facilities and being partnered with several highly-skilled fellow board-certified ophthalmologists (www.emc-eyes.com), allows Dr. Fargason to help patients manage Glaucoma, Dry Eye, Neuro-Vascular Vision Loss, Contact Lenses, Spectacle Correction, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Eye Disease, and many other vision problems people may present with in a busy general eye practice.
