• Dr. David Erich Roth is a triple board-certified physician in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, and Pediatrics whose career has been defined by clinical innovation, leadership, and education. He is currently President and Chief Medical Officer of Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health in Louisville, Kentucky, where he founded an interventional psychiatry practice focused on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and child and adolescent psychiatry.
  
  At Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health, Dr. Roth is building a clinic for patients with complex, treatment-resistant mood and anxiety disorders while also developing the medical policies, quality systems, supervision models, and training infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care. His goal is to create not only a destination for advanced psychiatric treatment, but also a teaching and consultation site for colleagues, residents, fellows, and APRN trainees.
  
  Before returning to Kentucky, Dr. Roth held senior leadership roles at Mindful Health Solutions in California, where he led child and adolescent psychiatry initiatives, directed OCD programming, developed clinical guidelines for adolescent TMS, and treated children, adolescents, and adults. Earlier in his career, he founded and led Mind & Body Works in Honolulu, served as Clinical Director for the Hawaiʻi Department of Health’s Honolulu Family Guidance Center, and became an early national leader in telepsychiatry.
  
  Dr. Roth completed the University of Hawaiʻi Triple Board Residency Program, integrating pediatrics, adult psychiatry, and child and adolescent psychiatry, and earned his MD from the University of Louisville. He has published and lectured nationally on telepsychiatry and child mental health and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
