- I am a board certified psychiatrist after completing residency at Harding Hospital and Ohio State University in 1972 and a Fellowship in Community Psychiatry at Harvard, I have founded and directed three hospital psychiatry units, ran the Hawaii Mental Health Division for 10 years, and conducted over 300 clinical research studies with new medications.
