Research AssistantPerformed experiments on mouse models such as hypothalamic brain surgery, glucose/insulin tolerance tests, ELISA. Analyzed mouse model genotypes using gel electrophoresis. Underwent a study looking at the effects of ADGRL1 in the hypothalamus on systemic glucose homeostasis.2022 - 2023
