- As a dedicated and accomplished Intensivist, my career has been defined by an enduring pursuit of excellence in Cardiothoracic Critical Care. I am board certified in Internal Medicine Critical Care with further subspecialization in Cardiothoracic Critical Care, reflecting both depth and focus in this demanding field. My proficiency in Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography and Critical Care Echocardiography strengthens my clinical toolkit for managing high-acuity patients.
I have extensive experience with Extracorporeal Life Support and Mechanical Circulatory Support, areas where my work has had a profound impact on patient survival and recovery. These experiences have refined my clinical judgment while fueling ongoing research interests aimed at advancing standards of care in these domains.
A distinctive aspect of my practice is the intensive care of adults with congenital heart disease, a growing but complex subspecialty requiring adaptability, precision, and vision. My clinical work in this area lays the foundation for my aspiration to expand and formalize this field within Critical Care.
Collaboration has been central to my growth as a physician. By engaging with colleagues and researchers, I have contributed to the collective knowledge of our specialty while continuously enriching my own practice. These exchanges have broadened my perspective, introduced innovative solutions, and strengthened my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
My professional record demonstrates commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and innovative research.
