Summary

• With a varied experience in all aspects of Family Medicine, I am currently in search of a leadership position where I can creatively forward healthcare.
  My interests have led me to seek improvement and innovation in medicine:
  in the office through staff development, NCQA measures and the patient centered medical home;
  with medical staff and hospital administration through work groups and committees bringing clinical guidelines and quality measures to inpatient care;
  in the community with the formation of a physician hospital organization and an active participant in a multi specialty group moving towards an accountable care organization;
  in educating medical students, residents and fellow physicians on providing high quality, cost-effective care to patients and families, while navigating the ever-changing finances of healthcare.
  As a physician champion and early adopter of change, I will bring my passion for patient care and my ability to adjust my focus to address the needs of the patient within the community to my next position
